Airbnb ~ $190/night
Our newly renovated airbnb/bridal suite includes 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a living room, dining room, 1 full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a laundry room. Come and make yourself at home!
If you choose to stay with us in the apartment, you, family, and friends staying with you will be treated as members of the Golf Club and receive discounted prices for golfing and merchandise!

Condos ~ $168/night (3 night minimum)
Our condos include 1 queen bedroom, 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. There is a 3 night minimum to stay at the condos, however they are worth the stay! Invite family and friends to stay, and multiple condos are often available to rent at the same time!

Whether you’re interested in booking the venue or planning to stay in our airbnb or condos, you will not be disappointed! We pride ourselves on the beautiful scenery, the waterfall, a phenomenal golf course, and the overall hospitality found here at The Venue at The Rock.
For events of all kinds, we offer two locations for ceremonies, a bridal suite, as well as a restaurant and patio space already decorated with linens and decor as needed! You will have access to our preferred vendors and Abby will help coordinate with you vendors to ensure a smooth and stress-free day!

Authentic Moments Coordination is all about capturing the best moments, creating beautiful memories, and ensuring that your event is one to remember!
Abby will coordinate with vendors to ensure the best prices and quality services on your behalf, within your current budget! Abby is also a photographer, so if chosen to shoot your event, Abby’s partner and amazing coordinator, Emma Pirie is always up to the task! Emma takes pride in gathering information and transforming your ideas into a beautiful, unforgettable experience!

The day of your wedding, event, or get-together, sometimes things can quickly turn into chaos. A dress mishap, can’t find someone, or there’s an issue with a vendor. Abby is here to coordinate, problem solve, and make sure your day goes smooth and stress free by creating an outline or timeline of the day’s events, as well as getting to know everyone within the bridal party and vendors!
